Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Activities:

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
Transfer to your hotel.
Trek briefing and preparation.

Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,800m) and Trek to Phakding (2,652m)

Activities:

Early morning flight to Lukla, gateway to the Everest region.
Begin your trek with a gentle hike to Phakding.
Follow the Dudh Koshi River and pass through small Sherpa villages.

Trek Duration: 3-4 hours Overnight: Teahouse in Phakding

Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Ascend to Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa capital.

Return to Gorak Shep for the night.

Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Trek to Pheriche (4,288m)

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Day 12: Trek to Lukla and Fly Back to Kathmandu
