The countries although being separate nations but shares some mutual cultures and lifestyles. Nepal and Bhutan are small landlocked countries bordering to two big countries India and China.
This 10 Days India Nepal and Bhutan Cross Country tour starts from India. You will visit some famous historical and cultural sites of the capital city Dehli like The Red Forth (Lal Killa), Qutumbminar, AaksharDham, India Gate and Presidents Home. In India you will also visit one of the 7th wonder of the world Taj Mahal which is also regarded as a symbol of Love.
From Delhi you will fly to Kathmandu which is the capital city of Nepal. In Nepal you will visit the famous religious, cultural and historical sites of Kathmandu valley which includes the famous Pashupatinath Temple, Monkey Temple, Boudhanath Stupa Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. You will also visit the beautiful city of Lake blessed with divine beauty of nature. From Kathmandu you will fly to Paro. You will visit the famous touristic sites of Bhutan located in Taktsang, Thimpu and Punakha. You will depart to your home country from Paro International Airport.
Upon your Arrival at Delhi International Airport our Indian representatives will receive you and take you to the respective hotel. Depending upon the time of your arrival you will do some of the nearby sightseeing today. You will also be provided a warm welcome dinner at the evening. Overnight at Delhi.
Today you will have sightseeing around the capital of India, Delhi. Delhi is one of the most populated cities among the world with good infrastructure development. Delhi is one of the most beautiful cities you should visit once. Sightseeing in Delhi is a complete package where you can enjoy varieties of food, nightlife, shopping and many more. It is a historic city having its own vibrant history which we can now see in the structures and architectures. The sightseeing takes you to the famous places like, India Gate, Lotus temple, Qutumbminar, Lal Killa (the red fort) and many other places. We will also get a chance to live the nightlife of the city as our overnight stay will be in Delhi.
Today we will drive to Agra early in the morning from Dehli. The drive takes about 3-4 hours. In Agra we will visit Agra Fort, Taj Mahal and Jama Masjid. All the monuments have its own glorious history which the guide will be explaining to you. Taj Mahal is one of the 7 wonders of the world and also known as symbol of Love. After visiting to the sites we will drive back to Dehli.
Early morning we will have our breakfast and fly to Nepal. The flight is about 1 hr 15 minutes. Upon reaching Kathmandu our representiatives in Nepal will welcome you and take you to the hotel. After you check-in and get fresh. We will take you to Kathmandu Sightseeing. You will visit the UNESCO world hereitage sites of Kathmandu like Pashupatinath Temple, Soyambhunath Stupa ( Monkey Temple), Bhaktapur durbar Square and patan Durbar Square. After completing the sightseeing you will drive back to Hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.
We will have our breakfast and fly to Pokhara. Pokhara is one of the most beautiful cities of the world and a major touristic hub of Nepal. You will visit Davis Falls, Mahendra Cave, Gupteswor Mahadev, International mountain museum and many more. Overnight at Pokhara
After having our breakfast, we will move to airport for Bhutan Flight. We take the incredible flight to Bhutan’s only International airport at Paro. The flight goes over the great Himalayas which provides the most gorgeous views of the world’s highest peaks. It takes about 1 hour to Land in Bhutan. After landing our representiatives will pick you from the airport and take you to the hotel. After getting fresh we will go through Paro valley we can see the Paro Dzong on the hillside overlooking the Paro Chu (River) with Ta Dzong, in the past a watch tower and now a National Museum above it.
Today we will drive to Thimpu after having our breakfast at Paro. The first stop will permit us the wonderful Tachocho Lhkhang, the traditional place of reverence for Bhutan’s Iron Bridge Builder and more drive takes us to Chuzom symbols by the convergence of Paro Chu (River) and the Wang Chu. We will also explore Centenary Farmer’s market. We will visit National Memorial Chorten, a stupa devoted to world peace and affluence in 1974 in the remembrance of the 3rd king of Bhutan, the national library which hold the Kingdom’s rich culture, and the National institute of Zorig Chusum where students are trained in Bhutan’s 13th traditional arts and techniques, Folk tradition Museum which will approach into the traditional Bhutanese farmhouse and remote past thought display. We will observe Changangkha Lhakhang, a fortress like temple after a lunch. We will also go to the conservation to see the rare national animal of Bhutan. Then we will drive to the BBS tower which make available on Bird’s eye view of the Capital. At Evening we will wander through the market and mingle with the local people and visit shops and spend night at peaceful resort Thimpu. Overnight at Thimpu.
Today we will move to the eastward to Punakha through some of the prosperous agricultural land and most spectacular river valley. We will walk up to the Hongtsho Goemba to see the spectacular 15th century wall paintings then we will move toward the Dochu La pass (3050m). The next attraction will be Druk Wangyal Chorten with 108 Stuppa built by the eldest Queen mother. We will also visit Chimi Lakhang at Mitsina village which is the lucky prosperous monastery devoted to heavenly Madman. After Lunch we will go to Punakha Dzong which is grandly situated at the connection of two rivers Pho Chu and Mo Chu. This is the most beautiful Dzong of Bhutan. Back to Thimpu at evening and stay at the resort.
Today we will back to Paro valley to enjoy a wonderful walk to see the Taktshang Gompa or Tiger’s Nest viewpoint. It takes around 3-4 hour at an average walking speed to reach Taktshang Gompa from road point. The outstanding monastery sticks to the ridge of a sheer rock cliff that force 900 meters into the valley below. We will also visit Kyichu Lhakhang, a holy gravestone fixing down the left foot of deceitful ogress which was built in 659 A.D by the Tibetan King Srongsen Gampo. Stay at Paro Resort at night.
