Chulu West Peak is one of the most beautiful trekking peaks of Nepal. To climb Chulu West Peak one requires having a sound heath and high level of physical fitness. Since, climbing this Chulu West Peak requires a lot of technical skills, trekkers with prior climbing experience are highly encouraged. However, even if you are not skilled enough then we do have a team of highly experienced mountain guides who will help you and guide you for safe and successful summit of the Chulu West Peak.

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of Actual Adventure Pvt.Ltd.will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing about the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.
From Kathmandu, after having the breakfast, we will take the drive to Jagat for about 8 to 9 hours. Throughout the road, we can view the best possible view through our windowpane of the vehicle. We will travel through the Coal tarred road until Besisahar and after that the road goes roughly to Jagat. The night will be at Jagat.
After enjoying the breakfast at Jagat, we will move towards the beautiful region of Dharapani. The trek begins with the down trek to the river and after crossing the suspension bridge. Walking for a while, we will reach to the beautiful village of Tal. From Tal, we will continue our journey crossing the river through the suspension bridge. The nigh twill is impressively beautiful at Dharapani at 1960m
From Dharapani, we will follow the trail next to Dudh Khola and then we will follow the Marsyangdi River after walking for a while ahead. We will view the best scene of Annapurna Himal, Lamjung Himal, and other beautiful ranges of mountain. The beautiful and traditional Bhote village of the trail will be equally interesting to trek. We will stay the night at Chame at 1960m.
From Chame, we will start our trek viewing some of the fantastic view of glorious mountains sparkling in the rising sun. We will walk through the trail to Bharthang viewing the extremely beautiful and glorious view of mountains all around us. After walking for a while, we will reach at Pisang viewing the most panoramic view of Pisang peak to the north east. The night will be at Pisang at 3100m.
From Pisang, following the trail through upper Pisang, we ill trek into the land of Manang districts. While trekking through this region, we will view the glorious view of mountains like Pisang, Annapurna and other beautiful peaks of the region. The trekking of the day will end up at Manang valley viewing the barren land and unique landscapes. We can spend a day at Manang.
From Manang, we will follow the trail through the alpine forest which goes through the Yak Kharka. The region is used by the local people as the pasture land of the surrounding. The night will be at tented camp of Leder at the altitude of 4200m after the trekking of 4 to 5 hours.
From Leder, we will trek towards the Chulu west base camp. It will take us about 4 to 5 hours to complete our objectives of the day. The view from the Chulu west base camp will be fascinating and exhilarating. The night will be at the tented camp of Chulu west base camp at the height of 4900m.
From the base camp, we will trek towards the high trail to camp I. the route is not the toughest one but due to the high altitude the trekking may be little difficult. We need to acclimatize ourselves during the whole trek while hiking at this region. The night will be at the tented camp of the Camp I at the altitude of 5100m.
From camp I, we will hike towards the camp II. The trail goes through the snowy path to the Camp II. The camp will be at the height of 5530m above sea level. If you are professional trekkers then you can make the attempt to the summit directly from the camp I. but we will set up camp at camp II after walking for 4 to 5 hours.
Today is the main day of our trekking. We will start early in the morning, with the delicious and nutritious breakfast. We will climb through the way shown by our guides and will reach to the summit at the height of 6419m and will return back to the base camp I after the hiking of about 8 to 9 hours.
From the camp I, we will trek further down to Leder. While returning the trail, we will get the glorious view of the Annapurna mountain ranges. The return journey will be to the Leder with the walking of 5 to 6 hours.
From Leder, we will trek towards the Thorung Phedi walking through the trail for about 3 to 4 hours. The trail is mostly is easy going to Thorung Phedi. The night will be at Thorung Phedi at the altitude of 4450m.
From Thorung Phedi, we will walk towards the Thorung la passes. We can view the most beautiful view of surrounding from the pass. We will walk through the beautiful trail to reach at Muktinath at the height of 3800m and will further catch the bus to Jomsom. The whole trek goes for about 7 to 8 hours and a 2 hours drive will lead us to Jomsom.
From Jomsom, we will catch the flight over to Pokhara. We will enjoy the magnificent view of great ranges of mountains with snow cap during the flight over to Pokhara. The night will be fantastic at Pokhara viewing and visiting the local market along with the lake side of the beautiful valley of Nepal.
We will wake up early in the morning with the dazzling view of sun rising through the summit piercing the white snows. We will have a short visit over to the market around Pokhara and will take a drive back to Kathmandu. The drive goes for about 7 to 8 hours. The night will be relaxing at Kathmandu
Finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. Actual adventure will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure. We wish for your better journey ahead.
You can book our trip in all seasons but spring and autumn season is the best season for mountaineering. We request you to book your trip 3 or 4 weeks before your arrival for Peak Climbing and mountaineering and 4 months earlier for serious climbing and expedition.
The payment policy and procedure for trip booking in our company is as below.

20% of the total amount of the trip should be sent for advance booking for peak climbing.
50% of total amount of the trip should be sent for advance booking for serious climbing.
Spring and autumn are the two best seasons for climbing and mountaineering.
The difficulty level of trip depends upon the region you choose. Nepal has varieties of mountain and snow covered peaks ranging from moderate to difficult.
Your travel insurance must cover any kind of sickness, loss due to theft, injury, delay; inconveniences or any other and the company should not have any liabilities for your personal loss. Since you cannot get travel insurance in Nepal you need to bring it with yourself.
The chance of getting sick is high in the mountains during trekking and climbing. In case of sickness, we do basic treatments, our guides and all staffs are well trained about the sickness and its primary treatments. Our guide carries some medical kits and it is also essential to keep basic medical kits yourself. If the sickness arises from high altitude, we have to get back to low altitude first. If the basic treatment does not work, and if you get more serious, we will immediately arrange a helicopter rescue to get back Kathmandu.
Normally you need to walk about 5-6 hours per day. The walk depends on your speed and the distance to the next stop for overnight. You don’t have to walk for long hours our guides will let you to walk slowly and enjoy your trials.

If you choose the local food most of them are organic and locally grown. The foods are hygienically prepared by the people. In camping trek the foods are prepared by the camping cook. The camping crew includes guides, porters, kitchen helper cook and other required team members.
Trekking grades are categorized in terms of its difficulties level from Moderate to Adventurous, Challenging and Serious
Moderate climbing: This climbing is for the beginner climbers who want to climb mountains with little or no experience. For them Nepal Guide organized smooth and well-managed climbing.
Adventurous Climbing: Climbers who have little ice climbing experience to climb mountains in Nepal such as popular peak.
Challenging Climbing: Challenging climbing is only for the experienced climber who already have mountaineering experience. Adventurous, close from mountains, altitudes above 6500m. Best examples of challenging climbing are – Amadablam, Brauntase, and Gangapurna etc.
Serious Climbing: This Climbing is very hard and technically difficult only for the climber who already conquers the 7000 m height Himalaya of Nepal. Expedition in Nepalese mountains, above 7500m and above mountains.

Best Time to trek Annapurna Region.
The best time to climb Chulu West Peak is during autumn (September- November) and Spring (March – May). Annapurna Region is beautiful throughout the year but during these seasons you get to see the most beautiful pictures of Annapurna Region. Some of the places of Annapurna Region like Upper Mustang, Muktinath, Kagbeni and Jomsom can be visited any time during the year.
Autumn in Annapurna Region
Autumn season gives you the most favorable weather for trekking with warm and dry climate. Autumn seasons falls during the months of September, October and November. Autumn season is also the season of festivals. You can feel the festival vibes everywhere while trekking in Nepal during Autumn. On the other hand you can get the best pictures while trekking Annapurna Region during Autumn Season.
Spring in Annapurna Region
Spring in Nepal is regarded as one of the best season for trekking and mountain climbing. Spring season occurs in Nepal in the months of March, April and May. You can have a heavenly experience trekking in Annapurna Region during spring. You can see varieties of blooming wild floras and forests blanketed with rhododendron flowers during your trials. Summer in Annapurna Region
Summer season is not very popular season for trekking in Annapurna Region. Summer season in Nepal takes place in between the months of June to August. The monsoon seasons combines with summer in Nepal. Thus, Nepal receives a wet summer with hot temperature. Although the temperature gets cooler as you gain altitude but the trials can be affected by heavy rainfall and mudslides. However, some of the regions which lie in the rain-shadow area like Upper Mustang, Jomsom, and Muktinath can be visited throughout the year. If you love challenges and thrill then this season can be the best for you to explore Annapurna Region. In spite of the challenges you can get the best views and true colors of nature while trekking to Annapurna Region during summer.
Winter in Annapurna Region
Winter Season takes place in Nepal in the months of December to February. Since it is freezing cold and some of the high passes are closed in the higher altitudes due to snow this season is not recommend for trekking in Annapurna Region. However, if you want to enjoy peaceful trekking trials with fewer trekkers then you can choose this season with proper gears and clothing equipment. Despite the challenges, the winter season in Annapurna Region gives you the best view of snowcapped mountains.
