Lower Dolpo trek from Dolpo to Jomsom is another hidden destination and challenging trekking of mid-western region of Nepal. It is one of the long, the most beautiful and remote areas of the Nepal. It is recommended to expert trekkers to great heights as well as place to explore Bone and Buddhist culture and monasteries. This trek crosses more than eleven mountain passes, seven of them higher than 5,000 m. It is one of the best that can be carried out in the whole of the Himalayas. This trek can do either from Jomsom or can be done from Dolpo.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel and welcome dinner

Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu

Day 03: By Plane/Bus: Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and transfer to hotel

Day 04: Nepalgunj to Jumla (2344m)

Day 05: Jumal to Ghoti Chaur (2700m)

Day 06: Ghoti Chaur to Naphu Khona (3080m)

Day 07:  Naphu Khona to Mauri la Pass (3840m). Trek to Chaurikot Gaon (3070m)

Day 08: Chaurikot Gaon to Hurikot (2745m)

Day 09: Hurikot to Toijum (2920m)

Day 10: Toijum to Kagmara Phedi (4000m)

Day 11:  Kagmara Phedi to Kagmara pass (5115m). Trek to Lasa or Lasen (4060m)

Day 12: Lasen to Ringmo (3700m)

Day 13: Excursion Phoksundo Lake (3820m)

Day 14: Ringmo to Baga la Base Camp (3982m)

Day 15: Baga la Base Camp to Baga la Pass (5214m). Trek to Num la Base Camp (4180m)

Day 16: Num la Base Camp to Num la pass (5238m). Trek to Dho Tarap (3944m)

Day 17: Dho Tarap to Jhyarkoi Phedi (4550m)

Day 18: Jharkoi Phedi to Jhyarkoi Pass (5200m). Trek to Mola Base Camp (4800m)

Day 19: Mola Base Camp to Mola Pass or Chharka Pass (5300m). Trek to Chharka Bhot (4110m)

Day 20: Chharka Bhot to Yak Kharka (4000m)

Day 21: Yak Kharka to Nirwa Pass (5320m) and Sangda la (5420m). Trek to Sangda Phedi (4290m)

Day 22: Sangda Phedi to Sangda (3710m)

Day 23: Sangda to Phale Gaon (3690m)

Day 24: Phale Gaon to Jomsom (2720m)

Day 25: By Plane: Jomsom to Pokhara

Day 26: By Bus or Plane: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Day 27: Free day in Kathmandu

Day 28: Departure
