Cho Oyu is the sixth highest mountain in the world having an altitude of 8,188 meters above sea level. It lies in the border between Nepal and China. Among all the highest 8 thousanders peaks of the word the Cho Oyu Mountain is the mountain having highest success rate and lowest death rate. This mountain is the second most climbed mountain after Everest. The mountain was first climbed on October 19, 1954 by Herbert Tichy and Pasang Dawa Lama via the north-west ridge. The first winter ascent was done by Maciej Berbeka and Maciej Pawlikowski on February 12, 1985.

Mount Cho Oyu Expedition is the best for anyone searching for a mountain with easy trials. Cho Oyu Expedition is also suitable for beginner mountaineers. Because of its easier trials Cho Oyu also marked as a ‘Trekking Peak’ available for climbers with low mountaineering experience. The death rate of the climbers during the summit of the mountain is only 1.4%. DAY 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.
After your arrival in Kathmandu, our representatives from Actual Adventure will transfer you to the hotel in our private vehicle. We will provide you a warm welcome dinner at the evening. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 02-03: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Preparations.
We will do major sightseeing and preparations for the expedition during these two days. We will also have short briefing about the expedition and introduction sessions. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 04:  Fly to Lasha.
We will have our breakfast and fly to Lasha from Kathmandu.
DAY 05-06: Lasha Accimilatization
We will be spending two days for acclimatization purpose and also to reduce the chances of having altitude sickness.
DAY 07: Drive to Shigatse
We will drive to Shigatse today.
DAY 08: Drive to Shegar
We will drive to Shegar today.
DAY 09: Acclimatization Day
We will be moving around Shegar for the acclimatization.
DAY 10: Arrive to Chinese Base Camp.
We will arrive to Chinese Base Camp today.
DAY 11: Stay at Chinese Base Camp.
Today we will stay at Chinese Base Camp and do some major preparations.
DAY 12 – 15: Trek to Cho Oyu Base Camp.
We will trek to Cho Oyu Base Camp.
DAY 16-40: Climbing to north-west face of Cho Oyu
Day 16-40 will be climbing period of Cho Oyu mountain through North West face. Our expert guides will be with you.
DAY 41: Return trek to road head
After successful summit of the peak we will return back.
DAY 42: Drive into Nepal 
We will drive in to Nepal.
DAY 43: Arrive in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu. 
DAY 44: Leisure day in Kathmandu.
Leisure day in Kathmandu. You can do last minute souvenir shopping or roam around the mountains.  
DAY 45: Final Departure.
Thank you for choosing us. Our representatives will drop you to the international airport few hours prior to the international flight. If you want you can also extend your trip in Nepal.

31 Aug/Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel (135M/4429ft) 

01 Sep/Day 02:Rest and preparation day for assignment & briefing before departure from Kathmandu.

02 Sep/Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syprubeshi (1460m/4790ft)..Overnight at Hotel

03 Sep/Day 04:Drive from Syprubeshi to Kerung Height(3200m/10499ft). Overnight at Hotel

04 Sep/Day 05:Drive from Kerung height to Tingri (4,348m/14,268 ft):Overnight at Hotel. overnight in hotel.

05 Sep/Day 06:Rest day at Tingri for acclimatization.The climbing Sirdar will take you up to a (5000m/16404ft) hill for acclimatization after breakfast.

06 Sep/Day 07:After breakfast drive from Tingri to the Chinese base camp (4800m/15750ft.) which is about two hour drive.

07 Sep/Day 08:Rest and acclimatization at Chinese base camp (4800m/15750ft). To prepare and arrange yaks to go to advanced base camp via middle camp.

08 Sep/Day 09:Trek from Chinese Base Camp to Middle Camp (5300m/17388ft.) along the 4x4 track

09 Sep/Day 10:Trek from Middle Camp to the ABC (5700m/18700ft) of Cho Oyu

10-08 Oct/Day11-39:Climbing Period –Summit Cho-Oyu (8201m/26906ft)

09 Oct/Day 41:Dismantling ABC;trek to middle camp; drive to Tingri (4,348m/14,268 ft)-takes about 03 hours trekking and 06 hours driving; overnight in hotel

10 Oct/Day 41:Drive from Tingri to Kerung Height(3200m/10499ft) overnight at tea house accommodation in B/B plan 

11 Oct/Day 42:Early in the morning drive from Kerung height to Kerung boarder, finish immigration formalities to cross the boarder and then drive to Kathmandu,transfer to hotel.

12 Oct/Day 43:Free day in Kathmandu and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening.

13 Oct/Day 44: Transfer to airport for final departure
