Mount Baruntse Expedition is one of the famous mountains for expedition in Nepal. Mount Baruntse stands at the height of about 7129m. It is surrounded by the highest and famous mountains in the world like Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam and many more. The first man to climb this mountain is Colin Todd and Geoff Harrow. The mountain was first climbed in May 30, 1954.They have climbed the mountain by the South -East Ridge. It is covered on the south by the Hanku glacier, on the east by the Barun Glacier, and on the northwest by the Imja Glacier.

Mount Baruntse is a considerable and symmentrical snow peak which has four ridges and four summits. The best season to climb Mount Baruntse is during the spring season. Climbing in Spring season has the high rate of success and is regarded as the best season in terms of safety. Climbing this Mount Baruntse is regarded as one of the difficult mountain to summit because of its steep trials and risk of avalanche. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
After arrival at Tribhuwan international airport Kathmandu, The representative of Actual Adventure Pvt. Ltd. will help you to take you to your respective hotels and will brief you about your daily activities. Night at desire hotel in Katmandu on BB

Day 02: Trip preparation in Kathmandu
We have to finish our formalities and over night at hotel on BB

Day 03: Ktm-Phaplu
Flight from Kathmandu to phaplu and Camp on FB

Day 04: Trek to Nunthala
Then we trek to Nunthala from Phaplu. Camp on FB

Day 05: Trek to pangom
Then we trek to Pangom from Phaplu and camp on FB

Day 06: Trek to Nyanso
Then we trek to Nyanso from Pangom and camp on FB

Day 07: Trek to Bamboo
Then we trek to Bamboo from Nyanso and camp on FB

Day 08: Trek to Kothe
Then we trek to Kothe from Bamboo and camp on FB

Day 09: Trek to Thangnag
Then we trek to tonnage from the cot and camp on FB

Day 10: Trek to Khare
Then we trek to Khare from thangnag and camp on FB

Day 11: Trek to Mera La – Kongma Dingma
Then we trek to Mera La – Kongma Dingma and camp on FB

Day 12: Trek to Panch Pokhari (Lake)
Then we trek to panch pokhari and camp on FB

Day 13: Trek to Baruntse Base Camp
Then we trek to Baruntse Base Camp and camp on FB

Day 14-25: Climbing Period
In this period we climb to the Baruntse Mountain. Camp on FB

Day 26: Base Camp – Amphu Laptsa High Camp
Here we move towards Amphu Laptsa High Camp and camp there. Camp onFB

Day 27: Trek to Chhukung
Then we trek to chhhukung and camp there. Camp on FB

Day 28: Trek Pangboche- Namche
Then we trek to Namche and camp on FB

Day 29: Trek Phakding - Lukla
Then we trek from phakding to lukla and camp on FB

Day 30: Flight Lukla-Ktm
Then we have a flight to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel on BB

Day 31: Kathmandu free day
You can roam around Kathmandu valley or you can do shopping.

Day 32: Departure
After breakfast we will transfer you to Tribhuvan International airport (TIA) three hour before your flight you have to reach there

Cost includes

  • Airport transportation as per your arrival date to join the Baruntse expedition
  • Standard hotel accommodation in Kathmandu on B/B plan
  • Kathmandu Lukla Kathmandu airfare as per the expedition itinerary.
  • Baruntse summiteers climbing Sherpa (01 Sherpa: 02 climbers ratio)
  • Group climbing gears like rope, ice bar etc for the Baruntse expedition.
  • Baruntse expedition peak climbing permit and all government taxes.
  • National part and conservation permit fee for the expedition.
  • Full board high altitude meal while trekking to base camp and climbing Baruntse
  • Liaison officer with all his expenses while on Baruntse climbing expedition.
  • Expedition manager, Expedition cook, support crew and porters with their equipments, daily wages, food, insurance etc.
  • All camping gear including base camp tents, dining tent with table and chair, kitchen and toilet tent etc
  • Mountain Hardware high altitude tents while climbing the Baruntse expedition
  • Emergency Oxygen with regulator and mask while on Baruntse expedition.
  • EPI gas and burner for high climb.
  • Gamow bag / Portable Altitude Chamber (PAC) All necessary climbing hardware group equipment
